I’ve asked them if there’s anyway to get these books reprinted in time for the convention at the same price I paid previously. If not, I guess I’ll just get the ones printed for the pre-orders and mail them off when they are ready.

I’m happy they took care of the refund, but it’s still annoying and frustrating.
